Situated on the eastern end of the Venetian Causeway on Belle Isle, this building will give closure to land development on this island of approximately 1800 condominium units. Although the site is comparatively large in size to the others in the vicinity, it has very limited vehicular access, because of its location next to the intercostals waterway, the bridge on to Miami Beach and the vehicular ingress and egress to the property next door.
