The Villas in South Beach is located within the Historic District in Miami Beach.

Representative of urban built environment around the site are buildings on fifty foot wide lots, two, three and four stories high. Adapting the design to the surrounding context of delicate “Art Deco” and Spanish Mediterranean buildings was our goal. A friendly neighbor attitude, one that could enhance the area. Thus the project, presents an articulation of parts to form a whole.

The building was developed around a courtyard with thirty units sharing into its peaceful and relaxing landscape.  Gardens on the ground level enhance the lower units while roof terraces add spice to the upper units.  The project represents an investment of more than $3mm.
